Tide cleaning lockers...the worst experience I've had in my entire life. Not kidding. My washing machine is broke in my apartment, maintenance could care less. I am not getting a new one for a month. I thought to myself, okay I'll use these convenient Tide cleaning lockers. I'll just drop my stuff in the locker, pay a LOT of money, but at least my clothes will come back nice and clean. Nope. I paid $100 for 5 garbage bags full of clothes, blankets, towels, etc. On the Tide app, I tracked the bags' progress. According to the app, everything was washed, dried, folded, and was being returned "happy & clean." Once my laundry was delivered back to me, I lugged the bags up 6 floors just to reveal that all of my laundry was still dirty...untouched. What a joke. No one at Tide can help, no refund, no redo. I am out $100, and still have piles of dirty laundry. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Use your local dry cleaner, and go to the local laundromat. Save yourself the absolute headache and ripoff.

Hi officer, I noticed my clothes are missing (order#O-1218456). According to the app, my item was delivered on the locker#3181 at CityFront Place (400 N McClurg Ct, Chicago, IL 60611) on October 5th. However, on October 5th, TIDE changed the drop off and pick up location from the locker to the front office as attached notice. I visited the front desk and the officer said there was no Tide item for me. She said TIDE guy (old gentleman) brought the locker item to the office storage place but there was nothing with my name or the item number on it. She confirmed that only TIDE guy handled the Tide related items. I think there was an issue between the delivery and the movement from the locker to the storage. Whatever the reason is, I cannot understand how my item was missing and why I wasted my time to find my items whole day. I got too much stress today and cannot wait until getting the response about my missing item. Please check this opinion and respond it AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

My advice is to steer clear of Tide Cleaners and go to a local dry cleaners instead. I submitted a brand new suit for cleaning. When my order was ready for pick up, Tide notified me via the app that my pants and my suit coat were ready. I picked up an order in a blue bag with two hangers. I hung the bag in my closet and didn't think twice. Flash forward a few months later and Im ready for wedding. I open the bag and one of the hangers is just empty (one hanger had the coat and one hanger had absolutely nothing on it). Turns out Tide never delivered my pants with my original order, but instead waited to delivered the pants separately a MONTH later with zero indication and zero notification that this was happening. Tide has since failed to answer or respond to my phone calls it seems like they have lost my pants. Completely deceptive.
