Yes, they can. Done it hundreds of times. In fact, I'd be surprised if you were the only truck there overnight. If you're the first truck, make sure you pull all the way up to the light. You can get two, maybe three, trucks in the cul de sac. But be ready to go first thing. If you are not ready, you will get jumped and the other drivers will go around you to get in line.
