Great experience here with Vivie as our salesperson. No high pressure sales and no complaints about several changes made to what we wanted to order. We saw online that some of the items we ordered were reduced in price and we were credited for the difference immediately. We will be back.

On June 26, 2022 I purchased several items from the Ashley Furniture store on 5980 N Point Pkwy in Alpharetta, GA. Today is September 25, 2022 and I still have not yet received all of my items. Over 90 days. The bed set I purchased in June is still boxed, packaged and sitting in my bedroom, unassembled due to a missing head board. I visited the store on multiple occasions in July, August and September to resolve this issue. I called the customer service line and the store in attempts to resolve this issue for months. I was promised refunds and discounts none of which have been honored. Additionally, I was told by my salesperson that the financing done on my purchase was 0% interest but yet I have interest being charged on the furniture that I have never been able to use or has even been assembled because one piece is missing. I have missed several days of work due to multiple attempts for a 4-hour window delivery. This includes also incorrect pieces that were delivered and a damaged item that was returned. I spoke to the General Manager and gave him my personal cell phone number and email and have not been contacted by him once as promised. I was told by two different receptionists, my salesperson and the General Manager that my items would be delivered and assembled in a timely, reasonable manner. It has been 3 months and I have not once slept in the bed set I purchased from Ashley Furniture and was lied to regarding the financing. Horrible customer service. An absolutely awful experience. Bad business.

The experience in the store was fine but if they can't deliver anything then why shop here. I'm still dealing with the credit card company to credit my return.

Masks were worn by everyone inside the store. The large square footage allows for sufficient social distancing as well.
I had 2 deliveries. One delivery fee was $199 and the other was $299. I bought a total of 6k of product. I'm not sure why one was more expensive than the other.
