Why do you take an order to be delivered on a Saturday and then, on Saturday, email me to tell me it's not possible?

I dont think you have the right place. I would contact the florist directly

Thank you for your question. We are open and delivering 7 days a week. For orders going outside our area, we depend on delivery services in those areas to fill and deliver. Unfortunately, not all areas have service on the weekend. While rare, it does happen. Your order was placed online late Friday evening. We processed it first thing Saturday and checked with all possible services in the area. Unfortunately, no one was open/delivering. Per your request, we cancelled/refunded your order.
