I made an online order on the 10th, the order was ready for pickup on the 13th, in the store the employees canceled and returned my order on the 16th, although I could pick it up until September 20th. They do not know how to count and engage in arrogance. 🤯🤯🤯🤬never do an online pickup from this store

I’ve shopped in this Bloomingdale’s a few times , I have to say I’ve never met such a out going, very pleasant employee that I’ve met yesterday. Her name is Stacy in customer service. I believe she works part time. She didn’t know this but I was going threw a lot and after talking to her she really brightened my day! We need more people in the world like her! She is such a sweetheart ❤️
