It should be 1 year if you still have the receipt. Your best bet is to contact HP direct instead cause they should be able to fix it unless you bought a warranty or have geek squad.
With the manufacturer yes. But I'm sure the store will not be able to help because it's been longer than 3 months since purchase date.
It should be covered by a warranty It's especially if you bought it from Best Buy but more than likely it's a small technical issue
