Went today. The female employee was very polite but a little too polite. She carried on a lengthy conversation with a customer while the line grew longer and longer. The male, Quinton I believe, was very short with customers, which I prefer. Problem was, He ignorantly threw our UPS package about 8 feet with no regard for the contents. Very unprofessional.

Omar is a fantastic employee at the Springfield store! He helped me find the perfect desk chair (even on sale!), walked out to my car to see if the chair would fit when assembled, determined that it would and then carefully assembled the chair while I waited. I paid for it and he carried my chair out and popped it in my chair. A perfect shopping experience from beginning to end! Omar was professional, friendly and very efficient. He is a great asset to the store.

I live closer this store's other location, where it has always been a pain to get any print job done properly and in a timely fashion. Today, after another failed attempt to print multiple copies of a double sided page, I decided to drive to the Springfield store. Quintin has been most helpful and quick in getting the job done in a friendly and respectful manner. This is my new official go to place, thanks to his amazing service.

Worst service ever.Ordered online & I was suppose to get it june 9th.Never came,called lost order reordered & suppose to get it today the 16th.NOTHING Called lost it now not getting it till the 20th.After this I will never buy from them again.
