Why, if it takes two hours to tour, do you schedule tickets for 4 pm entry?

Some guests don't need or want a two hour or more visit. We are open till 5 (9pm on Wednesdays) and do our very best to inform guests that if they book for 4pm, that their visit will be shorter. If you want two hours or more, please don't book after 3pm. Since we went to timed ticketing during COVID this has been more of an issue.

2 hours is an approximation, we spent 2 hours there and were unable to see it all. Other people only want to see a particular exhibit, so they don't need two hours... But to your point, it should be open later, like 10am to 9pm, at least in the summer time...

They close the doors at 5:00 but don't kick you out until 6:00 I believe. You can always call and ask.

It does take that much time to thoroughly enjoy all of the exhibits.
