Seemed ok to me if you are showering st 7 am. Crowd starts somewhat after that.
There are both public and private showers, so I think you have a good chance anytime. I personally have frequented in the late morning, afternoon and evening, but not been there in the early morning, so sorry can't comment on that time, unlike Larry.
