On their website they claim their customer support team is faster than the amount of time it takes to deter crime which is 24 seconds. I spent the better part of 10 minutes trying to speak with somebody with no luck. I would caution anyone from consumer to Enterprise level from using this service. I would almost guarantee that there is not a live person actually watching the camera feed at all times and they're using some sort of motion detection function which triggers the auditory warning a lot of security camera systems that you can buy in a big box store come with the same functionality of motion detection that will send a notification directly to your phone and I'm guessing at a tenth of the price. They do not have facial recognition. Our state-of-the-art software and sensors ensure clear footage and intuitive alerts 24/7, regardless of weather, lighting condition, and other common obstacles to video cameras.
