Asked to buy food/pizza they told me no they didn't have any. It was 1-2 pm so middle of the day lunchtime. Asked to buy a bottle drink since their vending machine full of drinks wouldn't work they didn't have any. I think it's ridiculous service. People sitting up front on the computers with no guest but they can't make food or other things their customers want and are on the menu. Was there for a party the pizza for the party was 15 minutes later than it was supposed to be. Didn't provide the things without being prompted. We've done birthdays here many times. Never again though.

I used to love this place but it seems like they've had to cut costs or something and that just ruins the place. For instance they took away the foam pit. That was one of the best parts of the whole place. Everyone loved jumping in the foam. Now it's just one bag thing, and there's someone always standing there making sure only one person goes in at a time. That's not very fun, it would be more fun if kids could run around in there as they please (which is how it was with the foam) second problem is the big slide. They took away the bags that helped you slide down. Now with the socks it stops you from sliding down. (The socks just catch on the slide) and they have about three pieces of cloth to sit on. But they are way too tiny, and they grip on the slide also so they don't even work. If those things changed, such as the foam pit coming back then it would be much better.

Hi i am an employee at hang time and both are under construction. The finish date is uncertain, but it should be done in a few weeks.
Monday through Thursday 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Friday 11am to midnight. Saturday 10am to midnight. Mommy and me (parents with children under 48 inches) times are Monday through friday at 9 am to 11am. Saturday at 9 am to 10am.

They have lockers, they don't charge to use them but they don't have their own locks on them. You can bring your own lock to lock it though.

The first time I went there didn't know and wear my jeans all the time with no problem. But is more comfortable wear a short or athletic pants
