subs to methadone - anytime. Clinic shouldn't have a problem w. it...tell em subs dont help you....I'd call and double check. going from methadone to subs however is a no-no, and if u do ull regret it. Ur dose has to be 30 mgs or lower. U have 2 b in full withdrawal (thats about 3 days after last dose) bf u can take it. Subutex doesn't have Naloxone (it's only difference from Suboxone) & can b taken anytime w.out risk 4 acute withdrawal (might not work if dose higher than 30mgs as well thou) so going back to subs might not even be an option later. Methadone is basically a lifetime treatment
