Nice theater, but seats are uncomfortable
Rebecca “Moss” Brannon
I accidentally brought a pocket knife, and they were kind enough to hold on to it during the performance instead of sending me back to stash it in my car. The space is perfectly intimate so that even being in the back row didn't feel like a nosebleed. I look forward to seeing more terrific shows at this nice live theater!

Saw Hair today, done by the house theater company Phoenix. It was incredible!!!
Jeffery Schaefer
The theater is absolutely beautiful. I went to see Little Feat in concert. The show was great. The sound was muddy. This could have been the sound engineer or the acoustics of the building. I think it was the former. I would love to see a play here to really get to judge the venue.

Always go to their website and look at the seating chart for the show you want. Call the box office and tell them what seats you'd like. Smaller fee than Ticketmaster, and they'll either mail them or you can ask them to keep them at the Will Call window in the lobby. If you donate at certain levels, you'll have presale access, and avoid phone fees.
Oyster Point and Molly Pitcher, same owners. Close by. Mariott right off Exit 109. GSP. Several miles further to the Count Basie
From their website FAQ:. The Count Basie Center for the Arts offers several, full-service bars to patrons age 21 and older, serving beer, wine and spirits prior to and during performances. Popcorn, candy and bagged chips / snacks are also served. Patrons wishing to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages are required to show a valid, state-issued ID.
According to the website... All tickets are subject to a nonrefundable, $3 restoration fee, plus additional convenience fees. Count Basie Center members pay reduced fees. Click here for information on becoming part of the Basie.
Usually about an hour before, gives you time to get drinks.
It is possible. Vogel and Basie are two different venues.

I doubt your event will happen this week
Postponements have begun, but they are emailing updates.
Bar and snacks only inside venue. Great places surrounding the theater, you can find something to meet any budget. Great high end restaurants all around!
Contact the team at the theater, they are great!
No. It's like amovie theatre type place.
They do still sell gift cards. Not sure what denominations. I recommend calling the box office.
Has a parking lot across the street that you have to have a pass for when you get your tickets that's $30 waste of money talk on the street it's cheap two blocks away is a municipal lot
I agree it depends on the show that is booked......maybe if you called the theater they can give you an exact
Not good, Have to walk a bit. It's a shame they do not have their own parking lot
I imagine you can provided it's not sold out. BUT they may not be the best seats.
Yes they do.
Call first, it's usually on a show-by-show basis. Graham Nash himself doesn't much care, but there was a sign in the lobby the night I saw him there stating no photography and ushers were constantly prowling the theater all night and advising anyone who was seen with their phone out to put it away.
I think no later than 10:00
Box office offices open until the show starts and Count Basie itself closes when the show is over
Call and find out
Best would be to call the theater and get exact answer. I would guess 3hrs.
Not certain. You can phone the box office or go to their website. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. Hope this helps! 😉✌
Almost 3hrs
Hi I was wondering how the Oakland st parking pass mworked out for you?
I cant say
You can often park on the street if you get there early. Nice Mexican restaurant across the street from the theatre. A bit slow at times but good and inexpensive (Azteca grill).
there is a 1and a half hour break between acts. plus plenty of local restaurants. You can't bring in food.
Go to the Box Office
Oh my gosh, do you really think this is a question for Google Maps? Go on the website and see
Street parking and lots. Free on street
No elevator to loge and balcony. Check the website
Call fit more information
I agree with O'Brian -- reasonable given caliber of entertainment offered.
No valet, but a large parking meter lot ,1 street across..down the block, pay till 6pm I think, then its free for the night..but check the signs..
There is on lot across the street.Fills up quickly so you have to get there early.Otherwise you have to try parking on side streets
Theater is in downtown Red Bank where there is diversified tastes and prices. Eateries galore!
Have you looked at their website? It's there. In fact you need to use it when buying tickets.
Usually Monday to Friday, unless a show is on Saturday.
