it's very easy. tell your counselor at your clinic now that you want to switch and to wear. they then will fax all of your paperwork to the clinic you wish to switch to. and then you just call the new clinic to find out when they get your paperwork and set up an intake date. very simple.
You will loose all take home bottles if you switch
