terrible, break federal and state laws. forge drug tests,loose drug tests at their own admission they lost dozens of patients drug tests for 3 months and didn't give those people their clean time. makes up contradictory rules and says its the state or the law. then ask and it isnt the law they lie t your face and hide behind pinnacle when u ask for their lawyer but in reality their privately owned by a guy with shady ties who owns 8 clinics. also multiple gun and bomb threats and the state forced them to have armed security for a while because of it. only benefit if its close to you and free if theirs literally any other option go there dont give this cesspool of medical incompetence and legal ignorance a dollar.

Place saved my life gave me freedom. Even the nurses dosing are super helpful and nice, truly some of the most patient people I have Met. Charlie and all the women, especially the one in both one, are such nice people.

THIS HANDS DOWN IS THE BEST METHADONE CLINIC.I truly believe that I'm in a dream the way they treat you.I came from south amboy methadone clinic and it's like Hawaii vs Vietnam .This staff is awsome and they ask you how you doing every morning. I have a crush on a receptionist and due to the professional work attitude there it would be a waste of time. I kid you not going to this clinic helps me everyday. Thanks for all you do again this is the best clinic in NJ or anywhere.I PROMISE YOU THAT YOU WILL NOT FIND A BETTER GROUP OF STAFF ANYWHERE ELSE

subs to methadone - anytime. Clinic shouldn't have a problem w. it...tell em subs dont help you....I'd call and double check. going from methadone to subs however is a no-no, and if u do ull regret it. Ur dose has to be 30 mgs or lower. U have 2 b in full withdrawal (thats about 3 days after last dose) bf u can take it. Subutex doesn't have Naloxone (it's only difference from Suboxone) & can b taken anytime w.out risk 4 acute withdrawal (might not work if dose higher than 30mgs as well thou) so going back to subs might not even be an option later. Methadone is basically a lifetime treatment
1, 90 days clean for first take home, every 90 days after with clean urines you will get another bottle, 1 1/2 years to get your first full week
dose same day however NOT likely without appt. DEFINETELY CALL AHEAD. doctor rarely there. +have 2 forms ID; insurance or $; give a dirty urine; see doctor; b there by 6am & hope they have time 2 see u after all ppl w.appointment. Even if u r lucky w all of that u r guaranteed 2 b there till 11am best case.

it's very easy. tell your counselor at your clinic now that you want to switch and to wear. they then will fax all of your paperwork to the clinic you wish to switch to. and then you just call the new clinic to find out when they get your paperwork and set up an intake date. very simple.
Yes you get dosed the 1st day you go in.
Yes the doctor is there on Saturdays
