It's been over 8 months since USCIS made an appointment for my biometrics. Now it got cancelled because of the Corona Virus.
So how do make a new appointment for this ?

If they cancelled it you have to wait for them reschedule you.

You have to wait if it got cancelled recently; they'll reschedule. If it's been more than a month, you can call uscis or chat with an agent on the website.
