I'm going to try to be fair here since I know there is a lot of moving parts. The immigration part deserves 5 star. Officers go above and beyond. My review is specifically about the application assistance side of things. Very rude, condescending, making unprofessional comments especially when applicants don't speak good English. One employee made several comments about my parents not filling their demographics part of the application properly until I intervened then it got into an argument about what color their skin and eyes are! First it was you put black as eye color when your eyes are obviously not black then was like you left race empty. I made a comment back about if you can tell their eye color better than them maybe you can fill their skin color too! Keep in mind those are 70 year old seniors with hearing disabilities, imagine if I wasn't there with them. Long pointless arguing about how black isn't an eye color, well why is it on the application. "Sir, Google it". This happened several months ago and I haven't seen that employee there since so one can only hope she found a job where she has less interactions with the public!

The security was friendly but the people wasn’t and they mad for no reason…

Very disolutioned, I have done everything I can to get an answer to my question. I checked the gov site, I made contacted by e-mail as asked! And was told I would have an answer by Dec 3rd. so far nothing. Now the computer tells me that if I asked for a person to talk to she will disconnect the call!!!! No I am not happy at all.

Very pleasant experience and our interview officer was super cool and nice. Thank you for a very calm and chill experience. Anyone going in for an interview don't stress or worry it's not as crazy as all the YouTube videos make it out to be.
