Be careful will units in the center of the building. Cell phone reception is horrible.
Not my preference there....get up higher and get a pool or lawn view
It appears that Balcony is more accessible to outsiders (ppl walking around if its towards road) on 1st floor. Obvioulsy, You may not enjoy the view from 1st floor.
