Unfortunately I have to change my review! The place can be beautiful but the management is horrible. I first left a 5 star review but after a few months of dealing with management I cannot believe the way this place is run!

My daughters & I recently had a tour with Sebastian and he was kind, professional, informative and patient with all of my questions. I love the property and all it has to offer, the location is perfect and you are a pet friendly community which is a plus! I'm currently waiting for an availability that will suit my needs in hopes that one day I'll be able to call this home. Thank you again Sebastian!!! UPDATE: 4 months later! Well I moved into 10x Living one month ago after a unit became available that suited my needs… still love the property & location but management is a total disgrace.. they are liars, crooks and completely unprofessional. They ignore your emails & calls and when they do respond, they are rude and unprofessional! I have NEVER seen anything like it.. Explains why they can’t keep their employees more than a couple months. Sebastian who initially showed me the unit was fantastic but unfortunately he’s gone now too… To make matters worse they have not honored our written and verbal agreement and first month here charged more than was owed. On move-in the place was filthy so I had to clean the entire apartment before I unpacked a box! My only request THAT day was for maintenance to come in and clean my floors and grout which was left dirty! Ugh disgusting… and yet one month later and still my floors are not done. Unfortunately I am now stuck for a year and will honor my lease but I would think twice before moving here… trust me, you’ll regret it!!!

Sebastian has been nothing but amazing and always extremely helpful. I have put in requests for maintenance and they come very fast. The building is ALWAYS clean. Amenities are great & neighbors are always so friendly
