Jason Kadish, leasing associate, is a great asset to the firm. He was instrumental in my move to my new apartment by facilitating the move in process. On a consistent basis, he has volunteered & solve any issues. He continues to assist in all matters over and beyond the call of duty. He accomplishes this with professionalism, smile & urgency. I am fortunate to have someone with his caliber help me.

I have to say, i'm really enjoying living at 10x Mizner so far! The residents I have found incredibly friendly and the management staff are incredible. There are a ton of great amenities but I haven't taken time yet to enjoy them to the fullest yet. I want to highlight someone in particular though who helped me secure a place, and get moved in. Marni is absolutely wonderful. In having dealt w/ my fair share of management staff over the years through my work in Real Estate, I have met my fair share of unpleasant people. Marni is a rare exception and i'm incredibly grateful that she is on staff there. She is incredibly personable, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable of everything at 10x Mizner. If it wasn't for her, I think I would have different feelings about some of the "1st World Problems" i've encountered while living there and moving in. She's really great at listening too whatever issues you may be facing and acts quickly and diligently to help resolve them. Again, i am incredibly appreciate of all that she does, can't say enough good words about her. My biggest reservation (as i'm sure many other residents) is the parking situation. It's not the absolute worst, but it's not ideal. There is seemingly an easy solution to it, but i'm sure the problem is a bit complex as the parking garage is shared w/ another building so it appears the parking situation is just no in immediate control or supervision of management. Otherwise, i'm really loving living here, I don't think you can beat the location!!

My roommate and I moved here very recently, and we're literally blown away at how lucky we are. 10X Mizner has completely changed our lives, and we owe it to the incredibly helpful, kind, and caring management team! We had the privilege of getting to work with Chris who is amazing and has been there for us in every single way and we're so thankful.The entire management team has been super welcoming, the property is beautiful, location is perfect, I could go on. We're looking forward to enjoying our time here!
