Hi Karol, If I am understanding your question properly, you were asking me if you can create a Florida trust after you close on the property you were purchasing in Florida. Once you close on your property purchase Florida which would be your personal residence, we can prepare Florida trust for you. I'll buy new home in Lotus Boca Raton and I need create a trust for my daughter. Seller require that beneficiary must be purchaser also on the date of closing but I do not want this. Can I make trust later after closing?

Hi Karol, Thank you for your great question and Congratulations on your new home. My understanding is that you are purchasing a new home and the seller is requiring you to purchase the home in your personal name, not in a Trust. You can purchase the property in the your personal name and then transfer the property to a Trust afterward. It does not matter if the Trust was created before or after the real estate purchase.
