How bad is the crime

I have known people to climb the wall and break in and take tv's among other things.

I've never had any issues living here.

I lived here years, years ago. Very clean, safe back then, pool, jacuzzi clean. Don't know how it is. Back then 430.00 month. Now ridiculous over 1,ooo month. Everyone taking advantage, being greedy, wanting to much money!!@@@

Anybody & everybody could just walk in. Security is always on their phone and management really suck. Don't rent here if you want to be safe. No good
