It varies as to what your location is. There are three locations, 1. River front, 2. Canal front or 3. Interior sites not directly next to the water but the water is accessible and visable. Check with the office for rates.
Hello Crissy, Thank you for your interest in our community! There are four monthly site rent rates: $460- standard site, $520 canal waterfront site, $545 river view and $570 river waterfront site. Trash collection is included; water is a separate billing via water meter reads. Any and all other utilities are through the respective companies.
