Yes I believe the boat dock can be accessed without the use of stairs.
You can go to the Indian River, Sykes Creek and Banana River, but we do not allow the pontoons in the ocean or past the locks.

We do have a bad weather policy and offer full refunds, or the option to reschedule, if it is raining at the time of a scheduled reservation or if there is a 60% chance, or higher, of rain for the day. Because of the nature of Florida weather, we can not offer full refunds on a small chance of rain. We also reserve the right to cancel a reservation due to the weather if the conditions are unsafe.
