My wife and I love it! Both the mangers have helped us with anything we needed. We bought a nice home and they have done everything promised. We have pontoon boat and love the dock. Would recommend to anyone. Love the views of the river at sunrise. Keep up the great work.

I’ve been a resident of River Palms for eight years, the first five as a snowbird and now a permanent resident. The improvements to this 55 and older mobile home park have been continual since Patrick and Colleen took over management. There are so many friendly people, outstanding views over the Banana River and it’s a perfect place to view rocket launches. It’s right off of the 520, making it close to many amenities!

I'm working up the street doing a refit on my yacht and will be for a few more weeks. When we reserved a spot here we were very clear that we would like to Stay until my project was completed. This is no time to be having to commute with my gas costing 5.25! The day after we arrived were informed we could only stay 1 month because while one of us is over 65 I am only 49 and supposedly they won't let you stay if you're under 50 well im fully disabled and 10months shy of that.. I've seen quite a few people that stay here younger than me. There is even one guy who gets up and rides around blairing AcDc on his bicycle at 645 every day. There's at least 6 empty spots but I'm being turned away because I'm 10months too young. Not to mention that from 7am til 6pm 7 days a week im working and not even here. I've got a clean background good credit and money in the bank. So beware if you come here you might not be here long if they decide they don't like you or the way you look. There are no laundry facilities no wifi or any amenities. The Management doesn't communicate with you these details until after they get you in so hopefully I save someone from the humiliation I've just experienced.

We have called this home for 4 years in our 25ft 5th wheel. Colleen and Patrick Ward the managers have been good to us. Now if people would just drive the 25mph speed limit.

I was there 3yrs ago, it was aprrox 550.00 plus pet fees. Horrible oriblem w water pressure etc...

Hello Mary, Thank you for your interest in our community. We love pets! We do not have a size or weight restriction, however, for obvious reasons we cannot allow aggressive breeds. There is a monthly pet fee of $10.00 per pet with a limit of 2. Our residents love walking their dogs and enjoy their own little “dog society”! When one goes out for a walk, the others want to go out too, so before you know it all the dogs are meeting at the river.

How much does a 1-bed house cost? Answer: They range in size and price; our 1 bedrooms start at $29,900 and go up to $54,900. Additionally, we have a new contemporary cottage with an upper and lower porch listed at $110,000.
