They have had a lot of change over at that location and a few times things slip through the cracks. Talk to the manager Mark and they will be sure to rectify the situation. They are good people.
They have to balance them...take it back and talk to manager
If it's shaking take it back. As for the weights I believe they put them on the inside edge of the rim these days so they don't ruin the look of the wheels. You may have had a weight fall off.
