I have been trying to contact them regarding a group event. It goes to voicemail and no one calls back. Anyone know if they are still in business? Is there a better number to call?

You have to schedule events online, there's only one person working there at a time and they're usually with the group not answering phones.

They are horrible at answering or calling people. I went there for a bachelor party over a nonth ago and couldnt get a hold of them. You pretty much have to go in to talk to them, sorry.
