Just one shower. No lockers but large bathrooms to change. Also cubicles up front. The club is never too busy so works for before/after work pretty well.

Right now they have 24.99 a month plus second free month :) in total its about 40 to start up after that there are no ammual fees etc and you get a dia ount at family video. I love it there always clean and employees super nice.

If they have a membership and are over 12 I'm sure it's fine. I don't think you should leave a kid in the gym.
