Just one shower. No lockers but large bathrooms to change. Also cubicles up front. The club is never too busy so works for before/after work pretty well.
They have one small shower, No locker's.
To my knowledge, they have one shower in one of the two bathrooms. There may be a locker or two in there but I don't recall seeing them. They do have open cubbys for your belongings near their front desk though.
