I wish I would’ve caught the name of the girl that helped me today, dark headed girl working Saturday, April 23, 2022 super bright blue eyes… let me just say I’ve never had such amazing customer service in my life, she was just so extremely sweet and accommodating and I was new to this place but she was so patient with me and did not make me feel rushed at all. I wish we had PBT back home in Louisville, ky!!!!

If you wanna tan with nasty smudge marks from the tanner before you go ahead. All of their gold beds were disgusting. Manager wasn't there to do anything but was advised that the Manger is the one who cleaned them before she left. I did take pictures of all the dirty beds incase it's needed. I just referred someone to tan their but now I'll definitely make sure they go elsewhere. EVEN PLANET FITNESS HAS CLEANER BEDS.

Gabbi at Fairfield was AMAZING! Super informative and kind, and was able to get me signed up in just a few minutes so that I could make it to work on time! She answered all of my questions and I was excited to learn that I can use my membership at the salon next to my work, and the salon next to my home! This membership is so worth it, 100%! Great customer service, the store was clean, the beds are great, and the staff is incredible! Thanks Gabbi!
