Never experienced this, my shakes are normally good. If this is happening its probably because they make an attempt to thin the ice cream out to save on cost when theyre not selling a lot of them. This would likely cause the machine to stop functioning how its supposed to.
I've never had that happen. But it seems like every time I've gotten shakes from them around that time they've been nearly sour cream cuz it's not thick like it's supposed to be
