Do you find it appropriate when an employee from Food Lion acknowledges that a customer is needing to go into the store before closing...and locks the door. You knock, they see you....the woman walks away to the back and hides until you drive away.

It isn't the appropriate way handle things and should have been handled differently. It reflects poor training.

No I do not find that appropriate. But it also depends on what time thay store was supposed to close. But should of had the courtesy to at least talk to you to see what you needed.
