Horrible staff members. They never call back or respond to your needs. I got appointment, visited the clinic but the doctors didn't see me and asked to go to emr. Whenever I call them they say come for a office visit. There is no connection between what they say and what they do. They even check the patient's in parking lot. When a clinic is in this situation they should go for a immediate closer.

All I have to say is the office staff here is absolutely cold hearted and rude. A crying patient is not a reason to hang up. Absolutely ridiculous some people work in the medical field yet have no care for people. It really is a shame.

I like to start of with the good before the bad so the reason for the stars I gave is due to PA Kasie King she is absolutely fantastic! She really took the time to listen to my concerns about my sons health and what medicines didn’t work before and what worked in the past and my fears of side effects he has had in the past with medicines and THAT REALLY MADE ME FEEL VALIDATED AND AT EASE! Since becoming an Army Veteran and being in the civilian world I have struggled to find a doctor for my son that actually listens to my input and concerns! She really took the time to listen to my concerns about my sons health and what medicines didn’t work before and what worked in the past and my fears of side effects he has had in the past with medicines and THAT REALLY MADE ME FEEL VALIDATED AND AT EASE The reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because it seems this express care doesn’t know which order to see patients in; I called when they opened I was told it’s first come first serve no appointment needed then after waiting 2.5 hrs and seeing people who came in after us be seen before us I inquire what’s going on and get told the others had appointments. So that is now different info from what I received earlier. I ask to make an appointment so the people coming in after us don’t continue to be seen and get told I can’t make him an appointment because he is a new patient but I knew dang well some people were new patients because they had the same forms and went through the same steps we did as a new patient. So that’s my only reason for not giving 5 stars. PA Kasie King is amazing though! I highly recommend her! Update: I just got done writing my review and was just reading other reviews and looking at the info google posted and noticed in the ABOUT area appointments recommended i should have looked harder at the site I didn’t because I had a sick kid saying he was going to vomit all over my car but never less they do have posted appointments recommended so changing to a 5 star
