Today will be the 5th time I call.they shut my phone off for non payment.... ok makes sense, except they are charging me with 9 lines?! I ONLY HAVE ONE!!! and want me to pay the bill for the 9 lines to turn it back on and then credit the account?!? I DONT THINK SO!!!!!! 🤔🤨😟🤯 😡😡🤬🤬🤬
