Why is there no one to wait on lunch customers at 1pm, but instead a gentleman there to tell you someone will help you in five minutes? The last 3 times I've been I left with no food for similarly ridiculous reasons. Why should I go back?

Purchase a drink and fill out the survey online. They sometimes have a phone number at the drive thru window you can call and complain. Service is really bad there. That is why the place is usually empty.
