KFC on Berkeley Blvd has gone down hill since Donny left. Thought I was being served KFH (Hummingbird) some portions were so small, I questioned the size to a person who said they were management and he said "that's what they send us". Wrong answer, as management, you have the power and responsibility to provide what your customers are paying for and drop the attitude when dealing with a dissatisfied customer. I now go to either The Lighthouse or Smithfield Chicken and BBQ, for good chicken, I will never set foot in this business and will try to dissuade anyone else who ask my opinion. Just sayin.

KFC is run by a local LLC. If you check the sticker on the door, or maybe posted on the wall near the register, that info is supposed to be posted publicaly. Or contact the local Better Business Bureau on William St. That will get the owners attention!

Had that same problem...they finally answer and told me that they was busy....but I know that wasn't the case..my advice is to continue calling
I use to work at KFC before Donny retired. The size of the chicken is entirely dependent on what is shipped. You should have never gotten an attitude from anyone, and honestly complaining to corporate (yum foods) will do more than mentioning it to the manager. They do not control what is sent to the store.
I did. They took my complaint and yet to respond or resolve. Corporate is just as bad. I requested my money &no1 has even tryed to reach out to me. I will never spend money there again.
