Do better KFC. Change the cooking oil like you are supposed too. The chicken was so dark it looked burnt. Not very appealing.

The staff was great. KFC price to feed my small family way to high. A eight piece with two side 27.79 is to high.I will not do that again. That is what happens when we have a idiot running the country.

KFC on Berkeley Blvd has gone down hill since Donny left. Thought I was being served KFH (Hummingbird) some portions were so small, I questioned the size to a person who said they were management and he said "that's what they send us". Wrong answer, as management, you have the power and responsibility to provide what your customers are paying for and drop the attitude when dealing with a dissatisfied customer. I now go to either The Lighthouse or Smithfield Chicken and BBQ, for good chicken, I will never set foot in this business and will try to dissuade anyone else who ask my opinion. Just sayin.
Purchase a drink and fill out the survey online. They sometimes have a phone number at the drive thru window you can call and complain. Service is really bad there. That is why the place is usually empty.
