You can call any of the multiple sites around to schedule an appointment. Try Madison location I can usually get a hold of someone there.

For most testing they take walk in. I had x-ray taken as a walk in if this helps.

There may be a phone issue. I have been there multiple times and they are always very prompt and courteous. Maybe call another business in the same building and see if they can help you out?
