The staff is very rude. The MRI tec doesn't have a clue. The tech couldn't explain why the ultrasound didn't match two cT scans. Tec told us the MRI showed I had two uteruses. Had to have a laproscopic procedure done. Guess who only had one uterus? Thx to them I've been in pain for 3 months. A pile of medical bills and no paycheck. On FMLA that I had to have extended.

I have worked in healthcare for a decade and have actually never left a negative review re: any healthcare experience- until now. I came in for a breast ultrasound last summer. The tech was needlessly salty and condescending throughout the visit, their onsite radiologist had zero bedside manner and I didn't write a review then bc I don't need to personally like you as long as the job gets done. BUT they seemed to have screwed up and not billed my insurance properly, and I had no idea until a collections agency called me re: an astronomical bill from that visit, today. I called billing, and turns out they failed to bill my insurance and sent all of the bills with the cash price to an old address even though over the phone, they verified I had given them my new address at a follow up visit (which took place at Gallatin and was normal and fine, bc there is zero chance would have ever gone back to HVIlle location after the first visit). So instead of updating my acct they created a new one. They are now submitting the bill to my insurance, so they say I will believe this is done properly when I see it. Highly recommend going literally anywhere else!

We've used Premier Radiology Hendersonville location for years and have always had great experiences. This trip my husband and I went for our Calcium Score Screenings. I'd scheduled by phone the month before and the gal was so accommodating. Once we'd arrived, the check-in process was efficient, the one who processed our paperwork (Ashley?) was pleasant & personable and we were called back within minutes. We had the same Tech, Keith, that we had at our previous screenings in 2017, and he's fantastic, upbeat, informative & great personality. As in the past, we had a wonderful experience and never hesitate to go to this location whenever possible.
