Yes they have glass covering food and a person wearing a mask will put what you request on your plate. Food is great.
We were there last week. Plexiglass shields are up. One customer goes thru the buffet at a time. You ask for what you would like and a masked employee plates it for you. At the end of the line, you are handed your plate.

They have servers at each buffet line that will make your plates. Very fast line
