A well appointed hotel, gift shop, restaurant and theater in Amish country. Rooms are large and spacious, and each has a porch with table and chairs for that morning cup of Starbucks overlooking Amish country. Small flourishes and attention to detail are visible throughout this hotel. From the quality of the woodwork to the sweeping staircase from the second floor to the lobby to the well appointed lounges on every floor, Carlisle Inn gets it right. Staff are polite and unobtrusive and the grounds are well kept. A very pleasant stay in a pleasant area

I highly recommend this gorgeous hotel for you and your family to stay at! There was some construction going on but that is always needed for improvements! It was not hard to tell somone has put alot of time into flower beds, hanging baskets and annuals. They were beautiful!! The hotel has an older style but still very clean. The rooms are spotless with plenty of amenities such as coffee, soap, cups, and plenty of towels. The staff is impeccable, some of the most friendly and helpful people I have ever met!! We already look forward to returning!!

This is a Wonderfully maintained hotel in a beautiful setting. It is super clean, great breakfast, and an excellent staff. I only gave it 5 stars because 6 wasn’t an option.

We stayed there August 29th for our anniversary. It was wonderful! The staff was so friendly as we checked in the hotel. When they found out it was our anniversary, they gave us boxes of chocolate candy. What a treat that was for us. The room was beautiful! Breakfast the next morning was delicious. It was so nice to stay at the Carlisle Inn in Sugarcreek. We did not want to leave.
