While I do love the restaurant and coffee, I don't live in the area. I have friends pick up my purchased coffee beans when I am running low. I have always called, paid ahead of time and friends picked up for me. However, evidently now they no longer do that. Now, I have to order online and pay for shipping. They stated I had to note it was for pick up and when I picked up request my shipping reimbursement. That's a bit ridiculous to ask of people that you want to patronize your business. Your coffee is a recurring business, or it should be. Seems you would want to keep it that way by accommodating your customers.

Drive Thru. No Service. I sat in the drive thru 13 min &, l guess, by the time l got up to the speaker, they had decided the vehicle ahead of me was the last customer. I left @ 9:45. I give it a 3, because I've been there before when the service was good (esp if they weren't busy). The food was good those times, as well .

Just left this restaurant. Soup was cold. Coffee burnt. Hawaiian wrap tasted like nothing. Tables were dirty and my wife’s “grilled cheese sandwich “ looked more like a mutilated piece of bread with cheese in and around it. Extremely disappointed. Heard great things about this place. Too bad.

Stopped here while on a trip and it was such a wonderful decision! I got the creme-de-la-creme latte (white chocolate, cinnamon, & vanilla) and the “crazy banana” crepe and they were just delicious as their presentation!! I am a former barista, so I know good coffee when I taste it. Thanks for the great service! 🥰
