First off, to be fair, they were severely understaffed and this may not be the norm. One girl was taking care of both the counter and the drive-thru. It was hard to find a clean table, the floor was a mess, and the trash cans were overflowing. However, we got our food in a timely manner and the sandwiches were built as they should be.

We ate inside the dining room. The young man that waited on us was very nice. That's why they got 2 stars. The dining room was filthy, as well as the drink area. It just hasn't been the same since it was owned locally.

Usually my experience is so good here! One of the best.. or so I thought. Not sure why this was played by any manager. I’ve never gone to any McDonald’s and had the medium fry container less than halfway. There’s no fry’s at the bottom either. Really disappointed. Ordered an ice coffee with extra syrup, got charged for it. No syrup at all in it. They have done that to me 3 times now and I’m getting a little sick and impatient with it.

Worst quarter pounder with cheese I’ve ever had! The meat was black and dried out. It must have been cooked hours before I got it. I only gave 1 star because it’s the lowest you can give. I would have given negative stars if possible.
