My tv says channels not authorized. I call suddenlink and they restarted it from their end. It’s still not working. What’s next step?

Go to eureka office. Tell them to activate a new code for the box. Only can be done from this office, not through phone. Keep box plugged in, they will put new code on it, you will have service restored. Then talk to billing about how long service was out. Mine was 6 weeks.
