I bought a double wide home their in 2011, 1450 sq ft for $3600. cash, space rent back then was $640. a month City of Rancho Cordova had redevelopment monies for home repairs, got a completely new HVAC system (air conditioning), bathrooms remodeled, and could have gotten a new roof, but I had no leaks or problems with it. P.G.&E. weatherproofing program installed at no cost a new back door, re-sealed all windows and front door, installed new stove hood, fan and piping for proper ventilation. In 2016 the space rent had gradually increased over that 5 years to $850. per month. The mgmt was forcing homeowners to sign a new contract, that would make them(us homeowners) liable for repairs of previously undisclosed defects. Under the prior agreement (that was still in effect when I sold my home) we could not be held liable. Sold my home in September 2016 for $16,400. not a dime out of pocket except cash paid for purchase. I was lucky, This is Satan's playground "GET OUT"!!
Nearly $670 a month for a single wide, over$50 a month for sewer and garbage. Biding my time to sell and leave. Price went up again May 1st, now$696 for a single wide
