Dirty, bugs, sub-standard living, buildind violations, etc. Etc. Etc.great neighbors helpful snd kind. It should be investigated by building inspectors and fire dept. SO SORRY THIS REVIEW WAS MEANT FOR AUBURN VISTA MOBILE HOME PARK 7721 AUBURN BLVD. I apologize Auburn Oaks your park was very quaint.

The "space rents" Rhonda, are i believe the same no matter what size trailer you have. $450 a month plus electric..
