Terrible customer service. The guard at the door was very rude and impatient. I hadn’t even opened the door when the guy pulled it open and quickly scolded there was no public restrooms. I hadn’t spoken a word yet and he was already asking what we wanted. I proceeded to leave because I felt uncomfortable with the treatment I was given upon arriving

Went there on a nice cool windy summer evening! Had a beautiful sight of the city lights reflecting off the Cumberland river. Being a Saturday evening, there was quite a lot of tourist crowd. Was fun!

No. You have to find a local parking lot. There is one two blocks away. There's one across the street under the pedestrian bridge.
