We are so unhappy with our mattress and cannot return. We were told these mattresses are made for a nice hotel, and very firm. But my back hurts after sleeping on it. And I have a hard time even getting to sleep. I don't feel the support, just sort of saggy. There are so many companies that allow you to return a mattress with only a minimal return fee. We've been customers for many years and this is the thanks. My son now has to sleep on the bottom side of this mattress because it's better than the top with a huge sag.

Our friendly delivery crew is the whole package. They deliver, set up, and haul away. All you’ll have to do is put your sheets on and enjoy your bed.
To my knowledge, no. You pick and order. They have it in house within a week or so. Then deliver after that if you choose that option.
