I attempted to return a fuse that was never installed, and was told because it was not in it's original packaging that wouldn't take it back. I was told that most of their customers know what part they need before ordering, which doesn't excuse they're lack of informing their customers of their strick return policies before ordering/picking up. A little effort with customer service on the front end, could have made a world of difference. I would never recommend this business based on their lack of honest, up-front customer service alone. Buyers beware!!
