No ..you dont have to be a member but its better rates... And i believe you can only stay up to 2 weeks at a time then off a week

They allow pets normally at all thousand trails spots. And its depends on your package. Most packages are 2 weeks on and 1 week off then you can come back. And normally youd want to be a member it's only 40 a month. Just call in advance.
